Anyone remember when some anti-gunner went on a public crusade against Birdman Weapon Systems because his website was marketing the "Homeboy Nite Sites"? That was a classic (especially since we all know that Birdman's Nuke .50 always has been the real weapon of choice of criminals)

Regardless of your (or mine for that matter) opinion of them as a manufacturer this is a direct attack on all of those that produce firearms!

Who's next after the anti's win this one if we don't stand behind Vulcan or do we have to wait until they are bashing down the doors at Bushmaster, Colt or RRA ? These people are serious and could do irreparable damage if allowed to get away with it.

Yeah, I haven't heard much good about their product but I think one of the posters in the linked thread said it best: "I don't care if the products they make aren't up to my personal standards of excellence. You won't hear Glock, FN, Colt, or HK make the statements to the press that Hesse did. He's under attack and he's standing up for our rights, yours and mine."

Seconded. I don't know anything about the quality of the man's hardware, but he's to be commended for making a stand and not weaseling out.

BTW, I"ve heard their FAL receivers are better than Century's. Someone on FALfiles built one up, said it was pretty decent. Not sure about the rest of their stuff, heard mostly bad things like everyone else
