Fixed H bar Colt mount options?

I'm trying to help a friend get into 3 gun. He's set on a red dot setup for our class, but he's got an old school fixed H bar. Are there any options that would mount an eotech n some sort of mount for fixed H bars? I tried to talk him into just getting a flat top M4, but it ain't happening.

This could be a temporary solution until he gets a flat top. We plan to stack an eotech on it. Looks a little goofy. But I think it'll work.
