In this case, don't go after the guns, restrict ammo instead. Aside from just the blatant stupidity and lack of understanding of our constitution and state firearms laws, there are SO many things wrong with this (re: formation, structure, administration, enforcement, discretion) to make it not viable, but it DOES reveal a new tactic we have not seen in FL yet (knowledge limitation on that).
