The Florida Senate Criminal Justice Committee Passes “Individual Personal Private Property Protection” Legislation!
Senate Bill 2356, the “Individual Personal Private Property Protection” legislation, passed the Senate Criminal Justice Committee by an overwhelming vote of 7 to 1 yesterday afternoon, March 27.
SB 2356 would protect employees and customers from having their private vehicles searched, and protects against punitive action by anti-gun business owners who would deny your right to have a firearm in your car for protection, or other lawful purposes, when you park in a business parking lot.
