Definitely worth a read, IMO.
Problem is, the NIH syndrome (not invented here) is a major strike against its adoption. The 4GW crowd had their run under a different commandant in years gone by, and Uncle Sam's Misguided Children are too busy right now reinventing themselves as a second US Army to pay attention to a bunch of upstarts.
4GW is not a popular theory in conventional military circles (and what unconventional theory ever has?), how accurate or useful it is or might be means nothing. It runs counter to the opinions and vested interests of careerists who have climbed the heap in a 3d generation military and are not about to see their worlds turned upside down by some crackpot theory proposed by outsiders. War is such good business the way it is run now after all, we wouldn't want to upset the applecart by doing things that are relatively inexpensive as well as more efficient, would we? How else could we justify a military budget larger than that of the next 20 nations combined?

Go to http://www.d-n-i.net/ and you will see it mentioned near the top of the page under the heading LATEST POSTS- there is a link there which should work for you. Can't see what's wrong with the one posted here and couldn't fix it anyway, but try that one. Other good stuff on the page too, BTW...
