FNP Question?

There are 2 versions of the FNP-45. One is a decocker only, the other has a manual safety. Does the manual safety version also double as a decocker if the safety lever is depressed fully downward?

From all indications, the manual safety model is more expensive than the decocker only model. Does anyone know why?

It is like the HK45. It is DA/SA gun with a manual safety.
