At least, a Vancouver Washington man is citing Biden as his defense for stepping outside and firing a shotgun in the air to scare off what he says he thought were prowlers on his property.
Of course, we all knew Shotgun Joe's advice was illegal, as well as potentially dangerous (firing off both loads in a double will leave you with an empty gun -- not the weapon you want to be holding if there really are prowlers on your property), but it's hard not to be amused at seeing the inevitable outcome when someone is actually stupid enough to take that moron's advice.
