These are M91s and 91/30s not M39s.

The Finnish M-91's and later 91/30's were the backbone of the SA through all the Finnish wars. They're often underrated. I've found them to be at least equal to the M-39's in accuracy and easier to heft on the trail.

That's bogus. Those are ALL C&R rifles. Heck a lot of them have antique receivers.

For M39's the best deals are at WGA. If you check their postings daily you can find some bargins.

No FFL needed.

The prices they are asking are way too high if ....."(Although the history of Finnish rifles generally proves the bores to be very serviceable, we are not giving any consideration to their condition…Sorry, no returns for bore condition!)

If I'm going to put $250-300 into a rifle sight unseen with no consideration for bore quality, I'm buying a swede.

Aim does indeed have some M39's also. Decent price on them compared to other places. Still I'm happy that I got both my 42 "B" barrels at a local gunshop for $99 and $125 dollars apiece, the bores look great!
