Seems like ADC was like so many other companies. No innovation, no leadership, pays no attention to employee drive and enthusiasm and then gets jealous of other's success.
There is a good reason why market share has shifted so dramatically. I own both ADC and Bond guns. I like them both. Wish ADC had followed a different path.
