Seems like ADC was like so many other companies. No innovation, no leadership, pays no attention to employee drive and enthusiasm and then gets jealous of other's success.

There is a good reason why market share has shifted so dramatically. I own both ADC and Bond guns. I like them both. Wish ADC had followed a different path.

Absolutely true. Like so many other companies.

Every time I hear the story of how Timex or Bulova; one of those, had turned down Mr. Seiko's offer to sell his electronic invention, I have to laugh.
The so called Japanese "invasion" of our economy was no invasion at all.
And so it goes.
