Picked up this little dude today:

sigcco.jpg

Sig Sauer 1911 C3 Talo Edition (.45ACP), 4.25" barrel, tritium sights, Nitron slide. Weighs 29oz. That white stuff is the factory grease; I haven't cleaned it yet. I'm not wild about the Army Green, but I guess I can live with it. I'll shoot it Monday and report back on how it does. Trigger breaks at 4 oz. Been wanting a CCO for some time but never seem to see one in a shop's case. Kinda subdued, ain't it?

I like it! Nice find! Not crazy about the Army green frame either but I could live with it because I also have been wanting to get a CCO for some time.

I went to Sig's website to check the specs and it looks like the entire C3 line has been removed-- there used to be this one, a two-tone, and a Nitron. This does not bode well. I hope they're just updating the site for the 2017 and haven't gotten everything back in yet. There's a nice Dan Wesson bobtail CCO out in the world, also with aluminum alloy frame, but it's about $350 more expensive.

Sweet looking little gat there AZAndy. Commander size barrel & slide w Officer's size(?) grip.
congrats
I hope she runs as good as she looks. Being a Sig, I reckon it will. :D

Those are great little guns. I had the regular C3 for several years and loved it. Never had a single problem and it ran great. Congrats on a nice pistol!
