Didn't find it in the attic, found it on ebay.
The rifle is a Westen Field (made by Mossberg for Montgomery Wards). I bought it back in '73 or '74, gave $30 for it used.
Some time back I refinished the stock and buffed out the butt plate & trigger guard. Then while surfing ebay I came across the Western Field 3-9 X 32 scope and thought it would look nice.
The scope is like new, a couple of old ring marks but otherwise in great condition.
