Fox news survey

Are you trying to say we should be hiding the fact that people who use a pro-gun website are also regsitering their vote on said poll? If so, why?

Glenn, because on a previous survey, a newspaper or news station discounted the votes because of that reason alone.
If you need further information on why they do that, you'll have to ask the news papers or new agencies why they do it.
This survey I am talking about was about 4 months ago (I think) and I believe it was a western state like Utah. The paper threw out the survey because the votes came from one site or several sites mostly.
Of course the results wasn't in favor of the liberals.

suverys try to be unbiased by showing a random sampling of the populuation rather than 5,000,000 gun lovers from THR.

4thHorseman,

Can you imagine that they would do such a thing, that stinks!

Mr. Dove,

Surveys and polls of this nature do not try to randomly selct from the population, that is just not so concerning an online and non-scientific poll of this nature. They are as biased as can be because first of all they are only offered to the readership of the media in whcih they appear. While I understand how a truly scientific poll would be ruined if only given or primarily taken by one group, the truth is their is already bias in this poll as established by the poll takers. They only show that bias even more when they discount votes made by progun people. If it had been an anti gun site that had grabbed hold of that last discounted poll, do you think they would have thrown out the results? Not me.

All the best,
Glenn B
