They just had a self defense shooting story on the news today. A store owner (a Lady) defended herself and her customers/employee from the BG's.

Unfortunatly, they got away, she almost hit one. They did get the money, but they actually had a self defense story, with a Women, on the news.

In the phone interview, the reporter (brit?) asked, "Were you shooting to wound or kill?" and she said, "To kill".

Kudos to this business owner and Kudos to Fox News for airing it.

Good news overall, but I can see this being used as ammo by the anti's. Its too bad she didnt say "To STOP".
 
Last time I I saw a gun story on fox it was followed with some idiotic anti statements from the news anchor. See my thread about it here.

Brad, you forgot to post the link ;)

This one was not followed up by an anti.. so that's what was so good about it.

As for the anti's using it as "ammo", this Lady had been robbed before and was sick and tired of it. I would have answered the same, "To Kill" because the gene pool doesn't need more of these thugs.

Thanks to Fox for airing it. But the best answer to the reporter's question is: "I was shooting to live."
