Just a fyi. Right now If you buy a Remington or marlin 22lr from dicks remlin will mail you a 525 pack of 22lr for free. and all of the Remingtons and Marlins are on sale at dicks.

So if you were in the market for one of the above, arnt boycotting dicks or remlin ,
can find one in there inventory that doesn't look like it was assembled by a drunk orangutan on a Monday or Friday,
now would be a good time to buy.
I kinda like the tube feed marlin 22lr semi has a very classic Mayberry kinda feel to it

Getting Remington's .22lr for free is a decent value, considering that based on my experience that's ever so slightly cheaper than what it's worth.

"They" clearly aren't in any hurry. There haven't been any .22LR ammo at reasonable prices around here since early 2012, that's 3 years. And by reasonable I don't mean $5+ tax for a box of 40. And even that was sold out in a day.

Support you other LGS. I would not ever give Dick's a dime again simply because they were one of the first to bow down to pressure after the Sandy Hook thing. Heck, I am not even sure they were pressured they just starting pulling things. I am not going to support anyone that does not help support the 2A.

Not really funny. Just a marketing stategy to help boost sales a bit. The offer may convince someone to buy a gun that has been considering getting one. I see nothing wrong with Remington or Marlin.
