Ok all bullets from this lot are gone and soon to be on thier way. This is just too strange to keep to myself though. The day I got the first boxes off in the mail I was returning from the post office, and there was an old bearded gentleman in a little red Datsun pick-up parked along Silverbell Rd. one of those road side yard sales. A sign read BOOKS 25 cents. I stopped and looked through them, most were old westerns, and a lot of newer romance stuff. I'd read all the former and had no interest in the latter, but there in the dirt next to the rack of novels, torn dust jacket was Roy Dunlaps, Gun Owner's Book of Care, Repair, and Improvment. The book was in great shape just the dust jacket was torn, worth more than all 20 of the paperbacks he had left. So I said to him "How much for this one" he looked it over and said since the covers torn you can have it free. I tried to tell him How much it was worth and give him something, but he just smiled and said "No I done had a good day here just take it" I put the book on my dash and just now got around to looking it over, inside was four 20's and two 10's. Just like that a hundred bucks from out of the blue. Or was that from the grey bearded gentleman in the little red sled?

I would go back and give him that cash. He probably had no idea it was even in there, and even if he did, you should at least make an effort to give it back to him. If he refuses, that's fine, but just keeping it and chalking it up to dumb luck "out of the blue" is not the THR thing to do, IMHO.
