French to loose civil rights?

As expected the French Gov. is attempting to institute greater restrictions on citizens civil rights in the name of security.
Given the promised attack against the US I still suspect that our current gov. will do all it can to make the most of the crisis including, as it appears, accelerating the importation of refugees from hostile countrys.

While the skepticism and concern about the French government trying to exploit the situation, and similar concerns about how our current administration might do so, are well founded, remember that the COP21 climate talks are scheduled for Paris in two weeks. That was going to be a circus! All the greenies and anti capitalist whackos having a riot. So I would propose that they are using the excuse of the attacks to mute the absurdity that would have gone on.

I'm going to Paris tomorrow so will report on the mood there.
