I am thinking of getting of either getting the belly band or Miami classic II shoulder holster for a P2000SK for use when I must tuck in my shirt. I use a miami classic II for an HK USP when I must tuck in my shirt, but the belly band may be a good option for a gun as small as the P2000SK. I want to make sure it is really a tight fit over the trigger guard since there is no external safety on this gun, and want to know if the belly band really stays in place over the course of the day, as I dont have to keep adjusting it, etc. Any thoughts?

Holsters

I have used both and the only thing bad about my belly band was my physique. I have a large waist and the belly band liked to ride up and be uncomfortable. It is good and deep cover.
I carry a PPK/S...both holsters...and I got a Galco ultra light shoulder holster and carry the pistol in it under my uniform shirt. Zipper front. That hides itself well and is very comfortable. Regards

for what it is worth,
I have a taurus pt111 9mm. Smartcarry holster. Good deep concealment.
60 day money back guarantee. Comfortable. Even works with my xd .45. Not as well though.

Get both. I have 6 to 8 rigs for every carry gun, since weather and social setting may call for varying kinds of attire and concealment.

A shoulder rig is much quicker than a belly band, but it's useless for concealment unless you're wearing a jacket. A belly band is the best absolutely deep hideout unit for many social occasions.

By the way, I wear my "belly" band at chest height (it has a shoulder band) because it's far more comfortable that way.

Carry methods

Golddog that idea with the belly band is a good one. I do have pretty good results in concealment when I use the Galco Clasic Lite shoulder rig with my PPK/S worn under my shirt w/o "danglies" on the other side. My uniform shirts have hidden zippers and so it is well hidden and still easily accessible. Regards.
