i really like flashlights. i keep one in my desk at work, truck, hunting backpack, nightstand, etc. i have surefires, a streamlight, and numerous other brands and types. but last night, my parents gave me a very interesting light as a gift.
it is a gander mt. brand 235 lumen LED light. it has bright, dim, strobe in white color, and red, green, and blue colored lights that you can switch to. 8 hr. runtime in dim white, 4 hr. on high white, and 40 hr. runtimes if you use red, blue, or green. (at least says so in the packaging, i've no personal experience.)
not sure what it cost, as it was a gift, or of its quality, but from what i have handled of it, and played with it, i am pretty impressed. throws a good beam at around 30 yards, super bright, strobe is crazy disorienting, and it seems to be a well built little flashlight. a little smaller than a G2 surefire, and has what appears to be a metal body. i thought it was an interesting little light and thought i would see if anyone else has seen these or has one. it interested me and thought ya'll might find it interesting as well.
