Anyone got a spare for my next project??? Got everything I need but the scope!!

Does this need to be a special scope or just a regular rifle scope? I have a Leupold scope for sale.

Got a scope mount? Is that what all those holes drilled into the side are for?

Is that a M1C or M1D receiver, or a M1 that has been drilled? I understand they are pretty hard to drill. Whether you're trying to show it off or seeking advice you might want to hop over to Culver's Shooting Pages. There's a wealth of M1 knowledge there.

Yes, it's a verified M1C and I have the bracket that goes into the receiver but I need the mount and scope that goes on top. Either an M82 scope or more preferrably the MC-1 Stith-Kollmorgen USMC scope..

MC-1 scope set on the bottom...

I have an M84, but it's destined for my own project. And waiting on a rifle to put it on.
