I am just curious as to what some of THR Members are paying in gas prices around the country. I am in Steelville, Missouri and we are looking at

Regular $1.89
Super $1.99
Premium $2.09

Live in Winchester VA: $1.79-$1.81

I work in Fairfax near DC. About $1.90-$1.95 here.

Regular $ 2.25 in Southern Nevada, $ 2.75 in the Peoples Republic of California (all average prices).

We seem to really be getting "shot in the back" with these prices.

About $1.95 for reg. in Bangor, Maine. That's up about twenty cents in the last two weeks. My daily comute is 45 miles round trip, so I'm really feeling the pinch.

For once I'm happy to be in NJ. The cheapest near me for regular was $1.71 full service. My town even made the news for cheapest gas around, too bad I have to wait 6-8 weeks to buy a pistol, BB gun, etc.....

I'm so old I remember when you could buy 108 octane Sunoco gas,get your oil checked,windows cleaned, and air in your tires by a real born-in-the-USA-American for 32.9 cents a gallon.
