my latest project has been getting my 44spl ruger bh to stop leading. was working up a load for 205gn lfp moly coated bullets (.430" diameter) from buttler creek running about 1050fps. took me half a day to get the lead out of the barrel from ten shots. lewis lead remover and jb's. can't just toss the bullets because i bought a thousand of them.
got an idea after i found the chamber throats to be .432". decided to make a custom bullet expander and expand all those bullets out to .432 then run them through my custom swager (see pics). it's a little back-woods, but it works. am now getting little to no leading out of my rbh. beats tossing all those bullets.
