After carrying the Glocks for some time and "dealing with" the odd grip angle and general uncomfortable nature of the otherwise geat gun I decided to get back to 1911 roots. So Im going to be picking up a new Springfield LW Operator Champion (4") and i need to know about IWB holsters for these.
Will leather or Kydex ruin the finish faster?
Who makes a good one? to accomodate the rail?

oh yeah, I heard that the alloy frames dont hold up to a "high round count". What constitutes a high round count adn has anybody experienced this?
