I have a Citori 525 with 30" Barrels. This is a good setup for trap and goose hunting. Would it be possible to get another barrel set from Browning in 26" for Skeet? Does Browning sell extra barrel sets for their over/under shotguns?
Actually, it is a great setup for Skeet, too. The trend is towards longer barrels, smoother swing. Shoot what you have and be happy, you aren't giving up anything.
A set of extra barrels for Citori shotgun, if you can buy them, would have to be fitted to your receiver and fore-end by a qualified gunsmith. You might contact one of the better shotgun smiths in the country, such as Briley Mfg here in Houston. Would think that they could answer your question.
ps: I replaced the Browning chokes for my Citori with Briley chokes. Now have greater selection of choke tube constrictions. Am very happy with both their performance and their appearance.
