So about a week ago I was looking for a way to get all the dust out of my tumbler. I had always used a damp paper towel and wiped out the tumbler and let it tumble for a bit. Worked good but not great. So i started looking and found what i thought to be the perfect answer. Drier sheets. Well tonight i finally got around to cleaning and sorting my spent ammo from the week and gave it a try. Well it worked great, really great! BUUUUUT it left everything feeling snuggels soft. haha no harm came from this but it did make everything feel weird, almost soft. Has anyone else experianced this or is it just the cheapo drier sheets i used?

Hate to breaks the news but thats a very old trick.I doubt if there are very many on here that don't know it.

Yeah ive seem to have had missed that one some how. But what about the residue left behind?

LOLOL. I'll second mlj on that one. I know the feeling you are talking about, got it every time with a new drier sheet. Not a problem, but never happens when you use the spent sheets. In a pinch, toilet paper will work too! Don't ask....

....And que the facepalm. Haha I have no idea why I wouldnt do that in the first place. A nice used drier sheet would be the most logical. Lol this wont happen again.

The "magic" ingredient on dryer sheets is soap, making your residue harmless to anything.
