Have not used one. Looks really useful, but also looks snag prone and a serious pain in the back when slung. I wonder how much sideways force it would take to bend/break it. Say you drop your rifle on its left side.... I would not like it to bend into my upper. I'd like to see them do a torture test to let the shooting public know how tough it is.
No thanks. I'll keep my standard charging handles with extended latches. Points for creativity, but as I said in my comment on youtube, it's a solution looking for a problem.
That's a mighty long lever arm if the knob gets caught on something. I could easily see twisting the arm out of alignment and locking up the whole works if you happened to drop the rifle on its left side.
Interesting concept, although he was really long winded. I too would be concerned about it getting damage. There is a lot of leverage that far out from where it connects in the rear.
