On Black Friday, I purchased 3000 bullets from X-Treme Bullets using the Black Friday 10% discount on "all bullets." On Sunday, I got an email from X-Treme continuing the 10% discount on all bullets, but also offering 15% off on 2 specific bullets, one of which was what I'd ordered on Friday. I sent them an email asking if they'd be able to apply the 15% to my order, instead of the 10%. I received a reply that they'd added the additional 5% discount to my order and would credit the difference back to my credit card.

That's what I call caring customer service. They responded quickly and made an extra effort to accommodate a request during what has to be a very hectic ordering period for them. I thanked them via email and wanted to thank them here. This isn't the first order I've made with them and certainly won't be the last.

I ordered 2K of pistol bullets from them during the black Friday sale, shipped the next day. I'll probably do future business with them.

I'm glad to see this. I will be looking for some 9mm and .45acp bullets soon. They sound like the kind of company to do business with.

A friend gave me some 124 gr 9mm . I loaded them for my son. Now, if he'll just get to the range and tell me how they shot...I'll make my order.

I do appreciate their excellent customer service as I was ordering from them before they went on to being the "Extreme Bullets", (Nevada Bullets) both had excellent service, and I have almost exclusively ordered from them since that time. I find there product to be of excellent quality also.

I'll throw in a +1 for Xtreme. Great plated bullets, great service.

However it should be noted that there have been numerous reports regarding the quality control of their sister company Freedom Munitions.

My bullets were delivered by UPS today. So, 8 days during a nutso sales/shipping period. Fine by me.

The thing that I noticed was how much the packaging has changed since my last order over a year ago. The last time the boxes of bullets were inside a fitted box and that box was inside another box. Very rigid and solid. This time, 3 bullet boxes were inside a single box and they weren't as tight in that box. Anyway, one end of one of the shipping boxes had obviously been dropped or impacted on something and the actual bullet box inside reflected that impact, but was still intact and no loss of any contents....so still good.

X-Treme Bullets for plated, Missouri Bullets for lead and powder coated, and I cannot remember the last FMJ I bought.

YMMV, as folks say ...

Mine were delivered tonight, 5 day transit time for me, since they were probably slammed with orders, that's not an issue.
When I first started buying from Xtreme, they used USPS and I got my orders within a week. After they went to UPS, it usually takes at least 10 days and sometimes longer. Other than that I've found customer service to be excellent.
