I have read that these guns use a slightly heavier striker than the other glock models but the same spring, a few people claim that this will eventually cause light strikes and recommended going to a extra power spring.
How much truth to this is there? I put in a EP striker spring but don't really care for what it does to the trigger break point (I'm sure I'm being over sensitive)
My question is is there any practical risk of a light strike with the factory spring as long as it gets replaced at reasonable intervals, example: 2000rds/1year?
Last, has anyone personally had a light strike in a new-ish glock 10/.45 that has a fresh spring?
