Glock 17 barrel for lead bullets

I remember a few years ago there were aftermarket barrels available for Glocks that were more compatible with lead bullets than the factory barrel can anyone comment on these and tell me where to find one ? With the cost of factory ammo going up the idea of using cast bullet reloads is looking good .
