Dear THR:
Can someone tell the value of Glock 17 Gen4 25th Anniversary Limited Edition? They were made in 2011 and 2500 numbered pieces.

I know they retailed around $800 or so, but I am asking currently price if one is for sale.

Thanks

It'd be worth the same as any other new Glock to me. Might be worth more to a serious collector of Glocks, but I honestly can't imagine anybody's being a serious collector of Glocks. ;)

Fact that its serialized does not do much in collectors realm? Lets say a few years down the road since only 2500 made world wide. Next anniversary edition will be in 2036 at 50th if world is still intact and habitable!

Might get an answer from somebody on Glocktalk, if you can wade through the pubescence over there. ;)

Its a Glock.. Even their rare models dont sell for much more than a run of the mill one..

For example... I could only sell this for a few bucks more than a normal used 17... Even though there were not many made..

I would take a "regular" Glock over the 25th anniversary one, and I don't even care for Glocks.
IMO, that belt buckle on the grip looks idiotic.

Yeah its rare, but even uglier than normal :)

I buy and sell a fair number of Glocks, and I can't see it fetching any price significantly better than any other NIB Gen4. It may just be me and my geograpic area, but most folk in these parts that buy Glocks buy them as shooters and not collectibles.
