Glock 19 trigger repair

I have a Glock 19 & a year ago I installed a ghost Kit for trigger,etc That worked great. I was out Shooting yesterday & Had a trigger spring Break,My question, what would cause this? I have shot a good 1000 rounds since the installation of the kit & I installed the stock spring which seems ok till I can get another.

How much have you fired the pistol since the mod? And it can be installed upside down.

Trigger springs are the most common breakage I've seen in Glocks... and that's been very few.

I had the Spring in Correct, has to be in a S when installed, I had fired over 1000 rounds
since the Mod with No problems.
