I Have a New never fired Glock 19Gen4 that i have put a personal touch on. let me know if you all like it or hate it. I polished the barrel and the top of the chamber similar to the sigs, i also polished the extractor, and feedramp.

Looks nice to me!.....Anything to spruce up the HoHum looks of a Glock is a good thing....IMO

I like it! How did you do that? I've been thinking about doing something similar to that with my LCP.

Nice! I think black and polish/SS go together like meat and potatoes. Did you polish the parts yourself? I think my 17 or 19 needs a makeover.

I hope you didn't over-polish the barrel, as that will degrade accuracy.

i dont think i over polished the barrel. I used 1000, 800 and 400 grit WetOrDry sand paper i started out the barrel with 400 and went to 800 and 1000 to get it like a mirror finish and the same way on the exractor and top of chamber its easy to do it takes time but i really like the way it makes everything look. the polished really sets off the black.

I have titanium pins ordered and a nickel slide release i am going to try the slide release but im affraid it might make it to much over the top.

I hope the OP didn't polish the muzzle crown as it will affect accuracy. Even though I like it, I am not sure whether sandpaper can remove the carbo-nitiriding treatment. If it does, then barrel will also start rusting easily.

Bead Blasting

i polished the crown of the barrel as well. I am also not sure how all this would affect the accuracy but maybe it does. I am thinking about bead blasting the slide does anyone have any opinions on this. here is a pic of one i found that they had done the bead blasting to the sides of the slide.
