Glock 21 conversion to 10mm?

The frames are exacly the same with one exeption- the ejector assembly. However most people report 100% reliability when swapping top ends. If you do have ejection problems (unlikely), that part can be easily swapped. Top ends are almost the price of a new pistol. Gotta luv those large frame Glocks!

I went this route when I fell out of love with the .40SW. I bought a G-17 upper and went with 9MM. Changing the ejector is easy; buy the video and DIY.

Little piece of trivia: the Glock 21 is actually the only pistol that is a 10mm adapted for .45ACP. All other 10mm handguns on the market are either purpose-built one-caliber guns (like the Bren Ten), or .45 frames adapted to 10mm Auto (like the Delta Elite or the S&W 10xx series.)

The Glock 20 came before the Glock 21, and the G21 is a .45 based on the G20 10mm platform.
