I just bought a Glock 23 generation for 350 with 5 mags in box with paperwork. Gun has only been shot 50 times, you think a decent deal?

(I know this is a decent deal, just wanted to brag about it.)

I can't believe you allowed yourself to be fleeced like that. Better luck next time.

:D Seriously though, that's a deal for sure.

Sir you were robbed.......but lucky for you i will gladly help you out and buy it from you for the same price. And if you find any more deals...err....highway robbery like this again please let me know.

That is a smokin deal. I just got a NIB G-19 Gen.4 w/3 mags for $390.00 OTD and I thought I did good. Honestly 75% of my guns were bought on the "Just too good of a deal to pass up" principle. All about being in right place at the right time. I got a Colt pony in 95% shape for $200.00. A S&W 637 NIB w/ 2 speedloaders and box of ammo for $275.00. Etc. Etc. Etc.

Sounds good to me....I have one coming my way with 3 mags. It will either be an unissued gun or an investigator's gun that spent most of it's life in a desk drawer. My price is gonna be right around $300.

Very good deal!

And we can't even get Gen4 Glocks in California! :cuss::banghead: <crying> Wahhhhhh!!!!

I am so leaving out of state for retirement ...

Forgive my naivety, but what about the Gen 4s makes them illegal in California?

Congrats! That may be the best deal on a Glock I've ever heard of.

The California Department of Justice has to approve each handgun design for civilians to be able to purchase it from an FFL. They have not approved the Gen4 Glocks, I have no idea why.

There are two exceptions to that rule, LEO's can buy guns that are not on the "approved list" and when they decide they no longer want the gun they can sell it to a civilian, and that transaction has to be a transfer through an FFL. The other exception is that the gun can be converted into a single-shot handgun, sold to a civilian, then converted back into a standard semi-auto.

Before you ask why, just remember that gun control laws aren't supposed to make sense.

Pistols after 2006 need to have a magazine disconnect and a loaded chamber indicator that displays the word "LOADED" in at least 1/16" characters and can be viewed from at least three sides of the pistol.

I also heard that Wendy's is now going to post warning labels and a graphic picture of a clogged artery on the side of each individual french fry. :D
