I have read that Glock 22's and 31's can have their barrel's changed to shoot .357SIG or .40S&W (22's converted to shoot .357 and 31's converted to shoot .40).

Since 10mm is basically just a slightly longer, more powerful .40, couldn't a Glock 20 shoot .357SIG or .40S&W with a simple barrel change as well?

Yes, you are correct. I used to own a G20 and I had two aftermarket conversion barrels for it; a KKM G20 .40S&W conversion barrel and a Federal Arms (which I believe is now out of business) G20 .357SIG conversion barrel. Both .40 and .357 ammo fed perfectly from the G20 mags and the POA and POI were very consistent just as when shooting 10mm out of the factory G20 barrel is. Lone Wolf Dist. (www.lonewolfdist.com) is a very good site to buy Glock conversion barrels from.
