    I contacted them for costs. The vendors want a two day minimum, $4000, plus all travel and associated expenses. Not too bad if you had enough shooters over two days to split the costs.

    Try contacting your local R/C model airplane club.

    There is always a bunch of guys crazy enough to do something like that that would welcome the challenge.

    Radio receivers, servos, engines, and foam delta wings are a lot cheaper then $4,000 grand + all expenses.
    And I imagine a Lexan lined radio box would protect the radio gear from shot.

    The only tricky part about it at all is figuring out what binary charges they are using.

    Yep, the gnat shooting isn't cheap, which is why I have only seen it as a fund raiser side event at a charity shoot. But it sure looks like FUN
