Very nice pistol!!

Turkey produces some really outstanding guns. A few are imported by makers who stamp their own name on them. I wish Sarsilmaz had a US distributor rather than relying on other companies to vend their products. They make some beautiful quality products.

You know, I read the title of the post. I could only see the before image when I opened the post up.

And I must admit that in my heart I was prepared for a train wreck.

But, your Browning turned out BEAUTIFUL!. Well done, tasteful and exquisitely executed.

BRAVO!

P.S.

The grips are magnificent!!

A true gentleman's sidearm. The inlay work on the stocks are works of art. Thank you for sharing!

Wow, IN the US that would end up in a Glass Display case hung on a wall, never to be fired again, I have a 1922, I would love for it to look like that.

hi outerlimit ,
my guns serial number is almost 5000 bigger than that gun

Interesting bit of history. I wonder if your gun was handled and manufactured by some of the same people who made the gun used to start WWI? I'll bet it was. Everyone is WWII obsessed, but I've always found The Great War to be the more interesting of the two. I once owned a nice FN 1922 in 9mm Kurz, but that's the closest I've ever come to owning a 1910.

Thank you for sharing the pictures and information!

I always thought they did, but I was surprised by the guy who said he bought the shotgun there and brought it back. I was wondering if he had it shipped and how he imported it.

You can import a gun into the US on an ATF form 6. You have to get approval and pay import duty but it's not a big deal.

Nice to hear they're checking out the Orlando area, Florida has many beautiful things to see and experience.

About a decade ago I was vacationing in Mersin for a familiy reunion (the park of having such a huge family spread out across the globe), at a resort right on the mediterranean (I think it was called Soli or something of that effect). I loved the city as well, and man the food....we need food like that over here, seriously. :)

Hi again mustang_steve ,
Yes name is Soli , its only 2 mile to my home
next time come here with your gun maybe we can work on it also :)
