I haven't had Golden Sabre ammunition for a while, because if I am not suffering from some weird made-up memory, the "golden" color rubbed off on something (was it my fingertips?) the one time I did have some of them.

I have always favored Federal Hydra-Shok handgun ammunition -- largely by reputation but also because they look, to me, like the jet engine of an A-10... :D

Has anyone else experienced rub-off of the "golden" finish of their Golden Sabres?

I carry nothing but Golden Sabers..

38 Spec., 45ACP, 40 S&W, 380ACP. I will likely try them in .357 Sig when I get a barrel in that caliber for my 229.
Never had anything "rub off" but the brass jacket can tarnish over time. I've always found them to be super accurate and totally reliable in all my handguns.

Skin oils will discolor copper/brass, so a round that's been handled may start to looked smudged over time.
