I didn’t know where to put this. Just saw this. Anyone use one of these? I saw some homemade potato guns before. Those were pretty neat. This device is would only improve my golf game.

I have read of some taking gas pipe and making a golf ball launcher using bp. I however enjoy all my fingers and toes. Just seems like a bad idea. Idk maybe someone in here has done it and will chime in.

I've done it with 1.75" thin wall steel pipe, can't remember the actual inside dia, but you needed to patch the ball to get a good seal.
Propellent was 99% ethanol since we had it in bulk.

It was originally built to fire potato cores, but golfballs were easily available also, so got used.
Thing was kinda scary with how hard it would chunk a golf ball, or even a potato core.

The potato core gun I made was fueled by aqua-net and would launch a tater hundreds of yards. 6ft barrel and 30" gas chamber. It would put huge dents in 55gal burn barrels full of years of ash.

That launcher seems dangerous. And fun. Curve it like a tippman flatliner barrel and it would be a lot more accurate.
