Good buy?

I am looking at a RRA DEA Government model. I may be able to get it for 1800 NIB. Is this a good deal? To me it looks pretty good! Any input would be appreciated. Thank you!

I'm assuming it comes with everything? The Eotech, Surefire handguards, flip up rear sight, and Surefire light?

If so, that's a fantastic deal.
