It is a close out, but at a good price, Vortex does have a no BS warranty. Be sure your rings to rifle provides clearance for a 50mm.

Ordered it. 301.88 after shipping and tax with capitol one discount app. I took my diamond back 50 mm off my 30.06 for my AR. This new one will do fine as a replacement i think.
