Good deal or no?

I'm a long time lurker and recently joined the forum. What an awesome forum and great source of information.

I have an opportunity to purchase 3 S&W revolvers for $700 total. I'm new to the revolver scene and need to get an idea if this is a good deal.

The three revolvers are as follows:

6" Model 28-2 Highway Patrolman .357
Model 10-5 in nickel
Model 10-8

All are in what i consider to be good condition with very little holster wear and no pitting. The 10-5 in nickel has what looks to be swirl marks in it's finish so i'm not sure if that's normal or if someone screwed it up.

I appreciate any input/advice you guys can offer.

Yeah most definitely! Three of any kind of S&W revolvers, let alone a Model 28 and two Model 10s (all in decent shape and one of them nickel plated), for $700 is an incredibly good deal!

Assuming VG condition internally:
Two Model 10s? $400 to $600 for the pair.
Model 28? $450 to $600 depending on condition.
Buy three, sell two, keep one, potentially its a free gun.
