Forgot to add - I've transferred a video taken with the sight to my computer / phone / tablet - it appears you may lose a little quality (maybe more brightness than clarity) when transferring the video.
I'm wondering if the videos you see online have also suffered a slight degradation in video quality the more they're processed?
