good place for handgun training in sw ohio?

i live in the cin-day area in sw ohio, can anyone reccomend a good place to get some training to further my abilities with a handgun? i'm somewhat of a novice and id like to improve upon that...

TDI is a great suggestion. Avoid Targetworld at all costs. Employes point guns at each other, the range is unsupervised and unsafe, the prices are high...etc.

Vandalia Range and Armory (VRA) is where I go. Safe, clean, experienced RSOs & reasonably priced rates.

I absolutely, do not recommend Target World. If you want to hang out with gang bangers and unsafe mall ninjas who repeatedly hit the ceiling of the range several feet from where they are shooting... be my guest. Guns are also overpriced.

This has been my experience as well. BUT, since they are the largest gun shop in the area, they have things that no one else has.

I would never go there for training, but I do buy there occasionally if I have to.

yeah i know better than to go to target world ive been the to look at guns and then i go order what i like from loveland shooter supply who is way cheaper and much more friendly, but of course there is that one goofy guy who always tries to get me to buy a glock to no avail...
