Got a DPMS 308!

I've been on a quest to find a DPMS 308 rifle. And with the shops being emptied of everything EBR just think of the frustration. :mad: So today I decided to stop in at a shop I often frequent Guns Plus in Surprise AZ. The owner says can I help you? Yea if you have a DPMS 308 I said like I was asking for the moon. He's like well I have one on the way and it's not spoken for...want it? :eek: I nearly pooped my pants and then I'm like which model and how much? Turns out it's and AP4 with the quad rail upgrade for $1200! I would have walked if he tried to up the price too much but that's fair given the current run on EBR's Finally got one! SWEET! :D I get to pick it up in a day or two!
 
I'm jealous, speaking I looked at a DPMS .308 yesterday for $1200-1300 (price tag was a bit smudged).

I would really like one of their Sportical models in .308, but my dealer said they make very few and are extremely hard to get...

dpms lr 308

bought mine in the last days of oct b4 the election, lr 308 sportical with 16inch heavy barrel and collapsible stock. $967 @ cheaper than dirt in fort worth tx. love the gun! it may be worth the drive for anyone that is looking for this weapon to give them a call, mine came with 2 mags 19 rd. sling, case, and cleaning kit
