the other one was to tall and seem to not to be very
consistent
drilled and tap a screw and lock tight it so perfectly match to the reciever curve. lock tight alone might work but a screw or 2 should be used to just to make sureNice I looked at those when I did mine and decided I didn't want anything mounted to the dust cover, but they did look interesting.
Let us know how it works out.....oh, how did you attach it?
its in ariziona high desert i had to walk into the area from the road back packing my rifle in and thats a hillside i walked up to about a few hundred feet from ground level, i seen a few bounders and setup on them for support yah see , thiers some large ant hills in the meadow area sometimes i put a pop can or 2 on top of them if i mess i can see the dust fly to see were i am hitting at.Love that shooting area, I'm jealous.
