Well picked up my Sig 239 the other day and I think Im in love.

Got to shoot it yesterday and fed everything I threw at it with no issues, recoil was good, and shot well.

Course, friend said I was crazy paying so much lol.

I've noticed already lol. I'm already watering in the mouth for a Sig 1911, I want one, and damnit I am liking Sig.

Also I think my ammo bill has just gone through the roof, I put over a hundred rounds through the thing yesterday and I am just wanting to put more. Ammo isn't horrible, 14 or so bucks a box at the gunshop. But, dang lol.

Congratulations

I carry a Sig 229 and love it, I've put almost 3,000 rounds through it and other than replacing the recoil spring haven't had any trouble with it.

I carry a Sig and my wife carries an XD SC 9mm. I love my Sig but liked the XD enough she bought me one for Christmas :) and she'll be getting a Sig soon.

Reloading is a great way to save some money on ammo, my cost per 50 40 S&W is around $4.50 with brass I already have, I spent more on gas driving to and from the range than on ammo today.

I've owned quite a few Sigs so far and my P239 that I picked up today will be my carry gun. They truly are great pistols with proven reliability. Congratulations on the purchase.

I hate when the Sig dedate comes up! I know it's not what your talking about, but the Sig 220 was the best gun I ever owned and I am a damn fool for selling it. If my ex-P220 holds up like all other Sig's, I will be in the market for one pretty soon.

Stuck

I gave in a bought a SIG which I really did not want. I hate when that happens!

It's a P226 NAVY and a nice pistol but I am used to my P228 and this just "feels" different in my hand. Back to the P228.

Now, who wants a NEW, never fired, NAVY P226?

I have got to find a source of P228's and load up. Wanna trade?
