I work at an airport. Crew was cleaning out a hangar of an old man that passed away. One of the fellas gave me a box of Remington 38 Special +P 125 Gr. Semi Jacketed Hollow Points. Ammo appears to be pretty clean and not corroded, but the box seems that it may have gotten wet possibly) at one point...either that or it's just really tattered.

Should I shoot it? Or soak it in Motor Oil and toss it???

Ammo at an airport? Must be a private airport.
On the ammo, I probably would not fire it. You can never tell if it could be reloads. I know one instance where a guy fired some reloads that he did not know were reloads, and broke the slide off his Gold Cup.
If it is not reloads, and if the ammo did get wet and/or is very old, you may get some miss fires.

Personally, I think I would pick a strong .357 mag platform and shoot it.

I would pull them apart and salvage the bullets,
cases etc.If you don't reload use extreme
caution whenh firing them.
