got the guns need ammo

i have alot of guns and the gun club membership but ammo is so dam expensive i want to start reloading (i shoot 100-200 rounds a week at the range) what would be a good press to start but will allow me to expand what other stuff do i need ie tumbler, dies, manuals ect help!!!:banghead:
 
hows your budget? how much time do you have to reload? what calibers to you shoot?

my gut tells me a Lee Turret Press, a couple of good books and a scale will get you started out right, but you may want to jump in more or less quickly.
