Remember last week when I posted that I received in my mail a homeland security booklet from Gov. Tom Ridge -- and no one else on THR seemed to have also received it!

Well, good news...

There is a whole article about that booklet on Newsmax.com -- so I feel much better now that I was not the only person in the United States to get that booklet!

Let's see; guns, ammo, food & water, other misc. emergency supplies, trade goods for use with other bands of human survivors of the nuclear apocalypse. Check. Been practicing my headshots for use against the zombies and mutants. Check. Tinfoil hat to stop the alien infra-sound mind control beams. Check.

Assorted guns, ammo and misc. tactical gear = WAY TOO MUCH

Food, water and other supples = $400

Tinfoil hat = $0.10

Knowing that I’m prepared for civil insurrection, terrorist attack, post-nuclear apocalypse, zombies craving human flesh and alien invasion = priceless.


But maybe the Ridge booklet has something I missed.
