What should I pay for a good used Ruger GP 100 SS 4"-6" barrel,357

I would say $400 to $500, depending on condition. They go for about $550 brand new around here.

I'd say $375 to $475 depending on condition.

I recently paid around $470 for a stainless 6" from Buds - they listed it as 98%, although I'd say it's a bit more well-used than that. It'll be going to Ruger for a checkup/tuneup this week.

Don't forget to account for tax when looking at new prices - the actual out the door price around here for the same gun new would be around $600.

New = $550 around here (NE TN), so I'd expect used to be something between $400 and $500, depending on condition. For a total beater, <$400, more like $300.
